This week the Vatican's Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith released a clarification of Roman Catholic ecclesiology titled Responses to Some Questions Regarding Certain Aspects of the Doctrine of the Church and Pope Benedict restored the Tridentine Latin Rite for use by Catholics.
